You betcha! We have the necessary business licenses for Chicago and Illinois, and as we expand we'll always hold up-to-date business licenses. We're also thoroughly insured so you don't have to worry about anything. Plus, our team is really good and you shouldn't have any concerns.

While we've done a lot of projects requiring "superficial" plumbing and electrical (i.e. new faucets, putting in new light fixtures) we steer clear of anything behind the wall or ceiling. This is for the experts, of which we're happy to refer. We have an awesome certified plumbing partner and actively looking for a certified electrician to become part of our team, and when we find them we'll make a big splash on our website and Facebook to let you know!

We are located in the city, so most of our clients are in the city of Chicago. We’re happy to consider projects in the near suburbs, but please note that a travel fee will be added to invoices.
