  • What kind of maintenance/handyman work do you offer?
    Everything you need to improve or repair your property from basic fixes to simple home updates and remodeling including; painting (interior, exterior, cabinetry), hanging artwork, staining, furniture assembly, repairing and hanging dry wall, power washing, fencing, installs, door locks, floor repair, tiling, light fictures, faucets, and more. We also have experience maintaining rental properties Just ask! #endlesslist
  • Do you do renovations of homes and buildings?
    Yep. We have a lot of experience renovating kitchens, bathrooms and even full guts of condos, homes and buildings, including an attic conversion into a duplex. We do all installs, flooring and more. You can see some photos here and here, and below.
  • Do you work on commercial buildings and spaces?
    We sure do. We’ve helped several businesses build out and expansions into neighboring spaces. After photo coming soon!
  • How can I set up a consultation?
    We love helping new customers. Just give us a call or send an email and after we get some details on your project or scope of service needed, we'll set a date and time to come see it so that we give you the most accurate proposal and scope of work for consideration.
  • Do you build or repair decks?
    Yes! We have built decks and helped bring visions for outdoor areas to life from repairing and staining decks to putting together pergolas, furniture and more.
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    You betcha! We have the necessary business licenses for Chicago and Illinois, and as we expand we'll always hold up-to-date business licenses. We're also thoroughly insured so you don't have to worry about anything. Plus, our team is really good and you shouldn't have any concerns.
  • Do you do plumbing or electrical work?
    While we've done a lot of projects requiring "superficial" plumbing and electrical (i.e. new faucets, putting in new light fixtures) we steer clear of anything behind the wall or ceiling. This is for the experts, of which we're happy to refer. We have an awesome certified plumbing partner and actively looking for a certified electrician to become part of our team, and when we find them we'll make a big splash on our website and Facebook to let you know!
  • What area of Chicago do you service?
    We are located in the city, so most of our clients are in the city of Chicago. We’re happy to consider projects in the near suburbs, but please note that a travel fee will be added to invoices.
  • Can I see more of your work?
    Absolutely! Visit www.GetanEric.com for project photos on the home page and more in the Projects-> Before & After tab. While we have a few testimonials on our website, we have more on Facebook and on our Google My Business profile.

    Of course you can continue cruising our website, but we encourage you to check out our blog for tips, advice and to learn more about how we work and our ethical approach to our work.
  • What kind of payment do you accept?
    We prefer to be paid electronically through automatic payment (bank-to-bank transfer, Zelle, QuickPay), however, we understand that may not be an option for everyone. We also accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash and checks. Please note: use of third-party payment systems like PayPal will result in a $.30 + 2.9% fee that will be paid by the customer.
